Re: Customer Referral Scheme

Look into using Bitcoins for referral rewards as well.
It is the year 2011 after all. Keep up or fall behind. PayPal is so yesterday.

Re: Customer Referral Scheme

I would have referred dozens by now from my websites, but I haven't simply because I don't want strangers knowing my home phone number.

Come up with a better private way to match me to those I refer and I'd be happy with the $30 a pop.

Re: Upgraded to ADSL2 but still have ADSL1 speed

Hi Rod, Can you please try setting up DNS manually? Primary: 220.233.0.4 Secondary: 220.233.0.3 Update the thread with the results/outcome Yes all done.. The Line Attenuation went from 56 to 57, which I guess is worse? Plan: ADSL 2 TCV20-200 Hardware: Netgear NTGA008 splitter D-Link DSl-G604T Gen I...

Re: Upgraded to ADSL2 but still have ADSL1 speed

We live 7km from the Ashmore exchange Hi, at 7km, you must be on a RIM, which may be the reason for the speeds. Check out http://blog.warcom.com.au/warcom/what-does-snr-line-attenuation-really-mean/ and especially the graph at the bottom. Some where between you and the exchange, you have a must hav...

Re: Upgraded to ADSL2 but still have ADSL1 speed

Hi, Rather than start a new thread with the same OP question I'll add my details here. We upgraded from adsl1 T1.5-30 to adsl2 TCV20-200 at the begging of the month. I'm used to download speeds of 160kb's and uploads of 35kb's. We're getting twice that now, about 460kb's down, :D but compared to wha...

Re: Incorrect Peak Usage

Hi, it's the first day of the month 01/09/09 and I have supposedly racked up 280mb of peak usage , before the 12pm peak usage period for this month started. http://www.goldcoastcb.com/images/exetel_wtf_010909.jpg I'm in Queensland - there's no day light savings on at the moment, and we can see from ...

Re: Mandatory content filtering. Internet Censorship and the ISP

Hi, another customer here against the nanny state comrade fabian "dr death" rudd, is leading. Why don't folks just use free dns filter service like opendns.com? No software to set up, and an "opt-out" option is there for when the kids grow up and leave home. (It's known to happen) http://www.opendns...
