Firstly thank you both for your help so far.

I'm still not having any luck. I've tried all settings suggested above.

Dynalink ADSL2+ 4-Port Modem Router (RTA1335)

I've given the SIP ATA device a static internal IP (which DHCP table shows it has been given) and forwarded incoming port 5060 from all hosts to this static internal ip.

Any ideas....? :?

Update: was contacted by support, asked to register a new number. I've done that, now they have to make it free, but I'm also having this incoming issue, lol:
