I would like to see P2P throttled even further between midnight and 2AM or even 3AM to ensure the network has capacity. That way people that are too lazy to schedule their downloads are not impacting on the network. That would have to be one of the most sensible suggestions I have seen!! The though...

I am all for banning P2P downloads as they place an undue necessary strain on the network, slow down other users connections and let face it, you are downloading illegal content anyway. LETS BAN P2P on Exetel. anyone else with me ? I agree, but you must look at it in perspective... What a business ...

On Boolaroo NSW exchange too and the speed fluctuations are rediculous. Usually around midnight to 2am(ish) browsing is almost impossible ... let alone trying to do anything else. Gaming pings (us server) which are usually around 250 can sometimes reach 450 !! For first time ever could watch ABC Ivi...

Being an elderly disability pensioner I would like to give some feedback on this subject... 1. Would Exetel have access to Centrelink records to verify applicants?? Without this it would be on an honesty basis..?? 8) 2. The term pensioner covers a very wide spectrum.. Old Age, Disability, War Widows...
