JL's blog - no access

Hi all, I was wondering if there is currently a problem with the login stage on JL's blog. I have been a customer for over a year and can't seem to login to the newly locked down blog. I have tried the username and password that was originally supplied to me when I joined Exetel but it doesn't do an...

Re: Unlimited ADSL2 Plans - Update

I've just noticed this weird thing in my options to change service: "Z/ULINCTEL++ $10.00 $95.00 mbytes Unlimited = No Limit $0.50 " You'll notice that in the column where it should say Peak unlimited it now just says "mbytes". Re: Unlimited ADSL2 Plans - Update

Couple of questions though: * I was on an old plan in February and you guys sent me an email asking if I want to change to a new plan otherwise the monthly charge for my old plan woul...

Re: ADSL2 Unlimited Plans (For Exetel Users Only)

great news, Thanks Exetel for appreciating the customers. Based on what the email said I would go with this plan as it is a lot cheaper (nearly half) than my current monthly price. I would however have to look at the terms and conditions just to make sure I don't shoot myself in the foot sometime in...

Re: Practical alternatives for managing off-peak and congestion

2. (Attributed to an poster that I cannot now determine. PM me if this was your proposal and I will give due credit) Instigate a phase-in whereby: During the period from 11am to midnight, 75% of quota gets allocated to peak and 25% to peak During the period from midnight to 1am, 50% of quota gets a...

Re: slow speeds

I have the same issues that only seemed to start this week. I had a quick email chat with William and he mentioned that "the actual customer connect backhaul is experiencing congestion". You could be experiencing the same problem. Are you experiencing slow speeds while using other methods to download?

quota rollover

As the title says, sometimes you may not use all of your quota in a month and sometimes you may need a little bit more than you have so I was thinking it may be a good idea to let users rollover their quota into the next month. Especially when you go on holidays for a couple of weeks or more, you wo...

Re: Possible Change To Off Peak Period

Okay, I'm sick of this, someone please ban "tyler.durden" For reasons why I will include my answers to his previous post. CoreyPlover Just cos you say you look for the thread and say you summarise this doesn't mean that it is true. Umm... Yes it does, he summarised what real people/customers had vot...
