Re: Possible Further Changes To Off Peak Period
Getting "something for nothing" always attracts people. ... and pricing something as "free" always seems to end up with a small number of those people "making too much of a good thing". The current PAYU plans go some way to addressing the issue for small users. Maybe some new PAYU plans structured f...

Re: $5 minimum spend
I recently switched from the Bundled ADSL1 plan. The Bundled ADSL1 plan includes a voip service which has a $5 minimum - its part of the plan. It also includes a mobile service which has a $5 minimum - its also part of the plan. So what you have is correct - its part of the plan! I switched to the P...

You probably just did not tick one of the required boxes on the application form.

Re: What's my mobile account number?
Started moving my mobile away this week too...... with same problem.
Emailed WilliamC........ as this matter has obviously been "fixed" in the past, I imagine a procedure would now be in place for quick resolution...
Here's hoping!

Re: Problems with VOIP and Configuration for SPA3102
I use a 3102. (I must admit, I find it difficult to understand your problem from what you have written above). Do you get the garbled calls when you call using the 3102? Do you get the garbled calls when you receive a call using the 3102? What codec are you using? ...... 729 or 711? Have you saved a...

Re: Request for special/custom plan?
The client lives in Medina, can I confirm if you have any spots left in the exchange before I get her to sign up? When you lodge your application - one of the first screen is to check ADSL2 availability. Otherwise, you can check it yourself here http://bc.whirlpool.net.au/ or http://www.adsl2exchan...

That's what I did!CoreyPlover wrote:Anticipator, I'm not sure there is anything to fix.
If you are on an old plan, you continue under your old contracted terms. If you wish to receive the new benefits, you need to examine the new plans and, if desired, change plans in your member facilities

Re: PAYU plans in user facilities
URGENT BUMP (as they will have no data quota in 5 hours and I don't want them ringing me at 6.30am telling me they can't get online). I changed over to PAYU on 1 May 2009. Apparently the deal is: that you are charged only the $37.50 at order and then a 5 GB allotment on the next invoice (month end)...
