You need to call them back and tell them that the churn has taken place and they need to cancel the service, if they say that they have not received a churn notice advise them to call telstra wholesale and they can get an update as to when their codes where taken off the line. Yes I believe the lag time is 7 days,

You should send an email to support and ask if they are able to get it out of the hold queue and have it re-assigned, this may be something that a sys admin will need to do but start the ball rolling through support.

I have been trying at the moment with no luck as well, I can get to all things Exetel just not outside of it.

NOTE - the HSPA works from my mobile (on my mobile)

Simple answer - YES

Complex answer - you one it from day one. If you leave early you do not send the modem back, you pay a cancellation fee instead.

Some more information would be helpful to people you want to look at this issue. Some speed tests, a tracert or even where you are downloading from, what time it is happening, what setup you run there etc etc. Just saying that you get slow speeds is not enough information for anyone to try to help y...
