It looks as if my IP address block isn't working again. The IP address should be matched to my service....

Because my service is Naked I rely on VOIP. I had trouble ringing exetel support this afternoon because the connection is so slow.

Extremely slow ADSL2+ (Naked) since Saturday night/ Sunday morning also. Located in Rockhampton Central Queensland.

I am so out of here come June this year. I am actually thinking that I could't be bothered waiting for my contract to expire and it would be worth the money to rid myself of these constant problems.

Mine started Saturday night also. Saturday night it was great. I was updating CentOS at about 700KB/s. Sunday morning 700kb/s. Also, I stated in the request my sync speed of around 11Mb/s. The response from the helpdesk, or whatever you call it is for me to supply my sync speed.

I just did an Exetel speed test which told me I can download at 104KB/s from Exetel servers. Yay, thats slower than my internet was 10 years ago.

I am experiencing extremely slow download speeds since Sunday. 1.2Mb/s. I have done an isolation test. I have disconnected my modem for over 1/2 hour hoping that the port would reset itself. Ok. It wasn't really a short outage, it was from about 11am through to 5.30pm yesterday afternoon. I don't know how many customers you have in Rockhampton but we also had mobile phone disturbances for most of that day which finished at around the same time. SERVICE INTERRUPTION

Why was my service just interrupted?

It started with not being able to reach Exetel DNS servers. I reset the modem and was unable to reconnect with the modem saying a CHAP authentication error.

I have not received any notifications of intended disruptions to service.
