Can someone help me with what is happening at the moment. My modem is connected as per normal at normal connection speed. I cannot ping Exetel DNS servers. I cannot ping my modems immediate gateway. I just think the issue should be looked in to for the sake of the customer. TPG users don't have a problem with it. I liked it. I don't understand "cancelled midway or the line, and finding they were billed" So you mean the software stuffed up and cuts people off 5 days before end of what they have ...

Yes, the billing system can't account for that. I can only think of the before the end of the billing cycle one.
