Re: Siemens VoIP/PSTN handsets

This question is not relevent to the above questions but is to the subject. If you are an existing customer (ADSL2 with contract) using the free voip service are you able to purchase these phones at discount prices without having to sign up for a new phone number with contract? To be able to get th...

Re: IP Costs To Customers Will Increase

Gosh a /29 block is a pricey purchase now in comparison, not much can be done about that though. Mine was just renewed so i have a fair while before it needs to be paid and by that stage I probably won't need it any more. Any chance we can can have be ability to manage IP add-ons in our member faci...

Re: Usage Meter for Cap Mobile Plans

Hi, Can anyone tell me how I can get a summary of $ call spend and data usage for my Cap mobile plan to show up on the home page of my ADSL user facilities? There is one there for my old vodafone mobile account. In the (separate) user facilities for the Mobile plan there is a summary of data usage ...

Re: Wireless Plans have no shipping/handling fee?

Hi Jeccosico,

That is correct, a shipping cost does apply for that bundled service.

If you ordered the wb backup you will be charged for the plan change and the shipping.

Re: Wireless Plans have no shipping/handling fee?

The website does not indicate any shipping/handling fee for a postpaid/prepaid Wireless Broadband service (SIM only) for new Exetel customers. But for existing customers, there is always a $25 fee, as indicated on the members area. If this is correct, why is this the case? Hi Jeccosico, This is act...

Re: Testing Required for the New Members

Andrew L, sorry, I'm back again - my reply went to electron heaven, so I'll try again. To start with your last question, a long time ago a decision was made to use Flash on the home page. Large numbers of users were shut out and an alternative page was developed. It took a while to refine this so t...

For consistency I recommend migrating (or replicating) the Services > Manage Add Ons tab to the Order Services > VOIP. This would mean I could Order the Add Ons from the Order Services items.

Re: Testing Required for the New Members

Apart from the items mentioned above, it all looks great. Minor minor thing, and this is purely me being pedantic: The hover style for selected main menu items is a little inconsistent: Select, say, Usage > ADSL and wait for the page to load; the "Usage" is light grey with no arrow indicator.
