Re: Testing Required for the New Members

Maybe intentional Usage --> Wireless Broadband takes you the old member facilites with a zero meter reading --> https://www.exetel.com.au/members/hspa_usage_data_details.php?service_number= It is looking awesome. This link will be fixed once the new members is live. And, glad to hear you like it.

Re: Wireless Internet Included In ADSL Plan Prices

I have signed up the new deal on the 5th June, but both the SIM and the modem hasn't arrived yet. Just wondering when can I expect them? wilsonch, the modem and Sim are shipped once the adsl plan is active. Therefore you will receive your service the first week of July. This also means your 12 mont...

Re: Wireless Internet Included In ADSL Plan Prices

I have been trying to switch plans for the last 3 days to 1500AW, all seems ok until I hit the submit button then I get a blank screen with the menu still down the side, so I don't know if my application has gone through or not. I have tried several times with the same result. I normally use Chrome...

It is a new wireless service with a new 12 month contract.
So there's no way that I can keep my old phone number?
Ilia,

I have just read your earlier thread.

This WB bundle is not available to use in a phone. It is data only. Voice is not enabled.

We are out of contract, have been offered the free wireless, but we cannot change plans. https://www.exetel.com.au/members/service_change_plan_naked_adsl2.php When you go to 'change my service' and apply for...

Re: Wireless Internet Included In ADSL Plan Prices

Is Free Wireless NOT available to customers on older plans? How do I find out if my service is using Optus? It doesn't matter too much what plan you are currently on - as you have to sign up for 12 months onto one of the new ADSL2 plans: http://www.exetel.com.au/adsl2-wireless-special.php You can f...

I note that the WB OA service (the one being offered to existing Optus customers) now contains 100mb of free data per month on that page!
I am having someone look into this now.

Re: Wireless Internet Included In ADSL Plan Prices

The terms and conditions for the new plan apply. So, yes, the different peak/off peak periods would apply. Can you clarify what the WB OA plan is? - its listed under my available plan change options but there's no option to select it. It looks like a good add on to an exisitng plan I just moved to ...

Re: Managing mobile service features

Thanks for that, Ravenous. I have already found those pages in the user facilities, but it is all *very* light on. For instance, there's no information on how to set up the amount of time before a diversion on no answer kicks in. There's no information on how to set up the MMS APN. There's no infor...
