Re: Unable to order prepaid wireless broadband...
Thanks for clarifying Jokiin.
The only way to order Pre-Paid Wireless Broadband at this stage is from the website. There is no benefit from orering it from your members facilities, as it needs to be pre-paid, so we can't combine the billing of the services.

Re: Unable to order prepaid wireless broadband...
Trev,
Can you please clarify whether you are after an additional prepaid service? Or are you wanting to change your service to prepaid?
Thank you,
Melanie

Re: A$100 per annum VoIP Super Value Pack
We could offer a 'mixed pack' but it would need to be one or two rather than dozens. Whatever mixed pack you could throw together for $5, I'd likely takeup. More than $5, and PAYU is probably better. We will put together a mixed pack. Once added to your plan, it will remain as an additional each mo...

Re: link SMS by web/exeSMS to Mobile plan
Apparently free SMS won't be included in ADSL plans from March. As I much prefer sending SMS by the web or the application instead of my dinky little phone, would it be possible to bill these to my mobile 10 plan? Hi Mike, The facility to use SMS will still be available - it's just that you will no...

Re: Email2SMS options
Hi all, We're currently looking at moving our SMS requirements from another provider to Exetel, and we're doing some testing. All messages are getting through without a problem (Telstra-destined messages seem to take longer to have their status updated to delivered, but that's not a problem), but w...

Re: Reductions In Wireless Broadband Plans
If you want a WM plan which is to be used in your mobile phone, you will have to order this off the website. I hope that makes things a little clearer. Melanie not really, if you are on the old plan that includes a mobile service (HSPA M1 - HA) and you want to change to the new equivalent plan (WM ...

Re: Reductions In Wireless Broadband Plans
Could someone confirm I can use the HSPA change plan to change from 'HSPA M1 - HA' to 'WM A' without losing my number or ability to make/receive normal calls :) The change plan on my page says "HSPA PLAN PRICE (For Use With Desktop/Laptop Computer Only)" Well, strange things are happening with that...

Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here
Hi Yuri, At the bottom of the page http://www.exetel.com.au/business_a_sms.php, it says Alternatively visit the Exetel Forum where any question you may have will be promptly answered. Re: Please Use This Thread To Advise Exetel Of Typos/Errors
In the Business and Corporate Wireless Broadband Prices, why does the usage charge start at 1.6 cents per MB for one service, go down to 1.5 cents per MB for 2-9 services BUT then go back up to 1.6 cents per MB for 10-100 services? HI, In BUSBA and BUSBB, you have to pay $5 monthly access fee/servi...

Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here
Regarding changes in the past few days to http://www.exetel.com.au/business-hspa-pricing.php and the corresponding corporate page http://www.exetel.com.au/corporate-hspa-pricing.php , you might like to verify that the page is the way you really want it to read. (A) I noticed changes in this sequenc...

Re: Authorised mobile number verification
The recent changed to having to authorise mobile numbers before being able to send SMS has totally stuffed me up. I only discovered this today when I wanted to send 350 odd messages today to my distribution list. I send large numbers of messages but relatively infrequently i.e. once a month. I even...

Re: Ever heard of the Huawei E5830?
HI,
We have been looking for a Wifi router...but not one like this. I will definitely look into some prices.
gong_guy are you able to tell which ISP is already selling it?
Cheers,
Melanie
