Re: ADSL2 telstra says available exetel says not

Exetel does not resell Telstra ADSL2 services. In fact no other ISP sell Telstra ADSL2 yet.

Re: Credit if churn mid-month?

No, You better plan your churn date just couple of days before the end of month, so you don't get charged for the following month.

Re:

it must be a provider that doesn't require registration for this service. Does Exetel require registration for outgoing calls? Or could we use Exetel account on gateway? The reason I am asking is, I was using Pennytel as primary and MNF for backup on gateway. Now I have ordered Exetel Voip as well....

Re: Voip Quality / Settings

Adsl2, speed test says 211kbps upload, 1300kbps download. With that sort speed I wouldn't expect good quality VOIP (they are not even comparable to 1500/256 ADSL1). mn not nn

In this page: http://www.exetel.com.au/a_plan_pricing_adsl2_phone.php in the table column heading it says: 12nn – 12md. Which I assume it means 12 mid-night -12 mid-day. So it should be 12mn-12md. Unless it is for something else.

The links in this page: http://www.exetel.com.au/a_network.php still point to htm pages (instead of php) which don't render properly in FF. Like this one: http://www.exetel.com.au/a_mrtg_trafic_telstra_d.htm

They need to be updated.

I think what chrisp means is those pages don't have the title which appear in usualy blue title bar of the browsers (top right hand corner of browsers). Is that it chrisp?

No I wouldn't pay more for 24/7 support.
In the last 13 months that I have been with exetel, I haven't called them once. So what is the point of paying more for basically nothing.
