unbeliveable i just got a email from Exetel and they still insist there is nothing wrong with my peak download, i think they dont know how to fix it more like it. How can there is nothing wrong when there are many others has the same problem? i felt like i've been robbed. Does anyone else got robbed...

If anyone else has the same problem with their incorrect peak usage meter since the changed of peak download then they should notify Exetel the fault, so Exetel know its a global problem and not just an invidual problem. Because when i 1st raised the issue, one of the developer replied and said that...

I think DD32 is right, im in the 2pm-2am slots and my peak download is totally wrong.

i just joined Exetel last week and already encountered 3 problems with Exetel. I just hope Exetel can rectify this problem as soon as possible with the correct peak usage prior to the error, and its not 800mb.

Mine is still not fix yet can i please get someone to fix this please? my ticket number is 1534860. My daily usage is normally 20-30 mb but now its nearly 800mb.

yeah mine too, this morning it jumped from 0 to 156mb, then 766mb then 1444mb. The developer insist it was me who have been doing the download during peak, which is not true. I kept insisting that they have another look at it, after 5 emails back and forth with the developer and a dozen phone calls ...

It jumped to nearly 800mb now. I didnt to any download during peak because i want to monitor the usage.

Incorrect Peak Usage

Hi,

This morning at 8AM i checked my download usage and notice that my peak download usage is at 156mb. I did some download this morning but it was still in the offpeak time, my peak is from 2pm-2am so i dont know how i manage to get 156mb showed in my peak ?

Hi,

I still havent heard from the billing team since i email my enquiry 2 days ago, could someone please find out why i had been charged $10 for using long distance calls with other provider when i select Exetel for my long distance calls?
