update still having intermittent dropouts on incoming telstra calls, last at about 12.15 today. i rang telstra and made problem known, they were right onto it and had a return call in 1/2 hour confirming a fault on line. was told it will be rectified by 7.00 pm tomorrow latest, could be done in 15 ...

hi there having the same problems here over the last couple of weeks as well, start of june there abouts. have noticed loss of internet after an incoming call on the telstra phone, not all the time but most, other times it will just randomly dropout, bought to my attention by ATA flashing orange lig...

typically normal line speeds is around 15 - 18mbps and d/l speed typically 1.5 mbps - 2mbps ran a few speed tests this morning before i annoy support but unfortuneatly no improvement, thought i might post some results (this morning) for staff to view if need be. cheers [`[*Test Results from <a href...

hi james i've done the routine troubleshoot scenarion ie: modem, settings were correct, reboot, isolate phones, etc etc, have 3 different OS's, xp, vista, 7 (still talking to each other + voip ata). no changes to the whole network have been made for a few yrs now, no extra phones installed, naddah. ...

i assume the change to my service is underway. i lost internet at about 11.30 am and am just wondering what kind of time frame this change needs to take place, no connection in router status while i'm here do i need to modify anything in my dg834v4 or will the obligatory reboot of modem do the tric...
