send of an email to the dept that sent the email, billing, provisioning or sales, and let them know you would like to take up the offer and i'm sure they'll sort it for you. alternatively use the contact section in the members area. any changes wont take effect till the new month so plenty of time. ...

heres one, in the https://www.exetel.com.au/members/change_service_plan.php to change ADSL service it shows the service (or plans) to apply for but in the status of change tab, https://www.exetel.com.au/members/relocation_status.php it shows relocation change pending not plan/service change pending....

Firstly the Exetel wireless modem contains a built in antenna which the modem connects through. i realise that thanks. If you mean "install the setup software on a flash drive"? yes, thats exactly what i meant. but not sure why you would need to/want to do that. the theory is to not have to install...

usage summary meter & sms summary

just a quick query in regard to the usage summary graph & sms usage in the members summary section. it hasnt appearred for a few weeks now but the boxes to show these items are still ticked in the options.

anyone else having this problem or is it just me :?:

just a quick query in relation to call charges, i can find the rates for landline calls, http://www.exetel.com.au/residential-hspa-call.php , but cant seem to locate the costs for calls to mobiles. if someone could enlighten me or point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. regards...

Same Speed Plan Change Fee in Members Area

as per heading, i just noticed a huge charge for same speed plan changes, $90.00.

i'm hoping its just a typo or they put the wrong page in the wrong area. nasty suprise after seeing the loss of VOIP, SMS and FAX and considering a plan change.

just checked CID on my mobile (exetel) and it is now displaying (got me beat :? ). still not not displaying CID on landlines though.
no dramas just thought i'd clarify for the people (tech's) that need to know.
