Corey asked for some information /details about my computer to be sent to him in PM. However when I go to submit, it asks for recipient. When I type in Corey Plover, it says no member found. Can you pleae tell me what I am to type into the recipient box ? thanks

We have tried both ways - with security and without security/ When disabled, it comes up with "unsecured wireless network". And vice-versa for security enabled. Each time we press connect, some movement appears to be happening - green wavy lights to indicate it is processing. But when that stops, no...

No, we did not get unencrypted wireless. We are not getting any wireless connection. When we try to connect our wireless network, the automatic sign remains as it is. The word 'connect' does not appear.

Thanks for the added information regarding connecting 'wirelessly'. However, are we suppose to purchase a USB adaptor to go with our Netcomm modem? The NB6W netcomm modem/router is suppose to have a "built in wireless access point" and did not come with a usb. At present, we have a Netgear usb adapt...

On Saturday, we were given a list of steps to follow to connect to the internet which we have just done. We are connected through the ethernet cable but we have a wireless modem and want to connect wirelessly. How can we achieve this ?

We have two modems - one for Bigpond Cable and one for Exetel: nettcomm NB6W for ADSL2+ At present, it is switched off and I'm using Bigpond internet connection; but when we followed the nettcomm automated steps on Thursday, the following lights were switched on: power, adsl, ppp, ethernet and wlan....
