Re: Connection Pending Today

I checked this with our Provisioning team and according to them there is a tech appointment today , should the attending tech be able to complete the work today , the service should be up and running by close of business .

I have created a ticket for future reference (Ticket ID:6095807) . :)

Re: Service issues Corrimal NSW exchange

There has not been any known issues affecting services in Corrimal NSW. If you are having difficulties browsing certain websites would you be able to drop an email to residentialsupport@exetel.com.au , with traceroute results to a couple of the websites that you cannot browse , so that we can invest...

Re: Painfuly slow ADSL....

I'm in Adelaide and I have just done a speed test using Exetel's system and it tells me that I can only download at 56.95KB/sec! That's ridiculous for ADSL2, and not what I am paying for - I can get that speed from dial-up for $1.00 per month. I have noticed a discernible slowing in download speed ...

The modem can connect and work perfectly at 5000kps for a while but then drop out. A year ago, we had the same pro...

Re: SIP registration failing

Thank you but both softphones I've tried still fail to register. Both worked with an alternative VSP but not with my Exetel details. EDIT---------------------------- I've found my password has been changed. I did try changing it the other day but it said it was rejected so I kept using the original...
