Depends on the speed program that we set. If it is the most stable one will reduce some speeds but connection holds stably. Let us know if you wish to test on that.

Re: Windows Live Mail

Hi KavindaS, I tried this yesterday and even pulled the ethernet cable out. Problem still present. I used to have the problem address on WLM in my administrator area but I deleted that last night. So as far as I know only one WLM and that's in my user area. Anyway I have repeated what you asked -cl...

Re: NO Connetion/Phone dial

Do you have a dial tone in your pstn line? Are you able to receive incoming calls? If the ADSL or the DSL light is solid on, could you please do a full factory reset to the modem and reconfigure it as below. To do a full factory reset you may need to press and hold the reset button (It could be a t...

Re: Poor start to my mobile experience.

Have had ADSL with Exetel for 3 years so decided to take up a mobile plan as it seemed pretty simple and good value, that is until I tried to port my existing mobile number across, and after holding for 35 minutes was told that that to use my existing number I would have to either cancel my new Exe...

Re: Windows Live Mail

I followed the instructions and sent a message to the faulty email account. Came through into the webmail inbox and also downloaded it with WLM. It stayed up on the server about 20 minutes before "automatically" disappearing. I had WLM turned off during this period, so no instructions from my compu...

Re: Can't get past default gateway.

Hi, My friend logged a fault yesterday #AF122214 regarding his ADSL. I had a look at it today. His ADSL connects fine. He can ping his default gateway fine (58.something). He can access everything that appears to be in the same subnet (I can only tell by the closeness of the IPs). He can resolve do...

Re: Erratic Ping - Como Exchange

Hi, Just wanted to close-off on my problem, I have been monitoring my ping since Wednesday and it seems that I am now getting a stable low ping, so suggest my ticket should now be closed. I assume the Telstra fix on Wednesday may have sorted this problem or some other issue at COMO that has now bee...
