C/N 471727 Reported this yesterday AM and advised it was escalated to your wholesaler. Have heard nothing back, still happening. Hi I am porting my number out from Exetel. It seems I need to find out my account number as it was not listed anywhere in member facilities (not the custom id in invoice).
