Another dropout today. Modem resetting as I write this (I've had to switch to mobile data). If someone could escalate this issue it would be appreciated as I host regular video conferences and can not use NBN for this purpose as dropouts would be a disaster mid-conference. Thanks. Not true - we lost internet at 7am on 7 April. So the service has been stable for 3 days. We do not use VOIP so am uncertain what that relates to.
