Hi I am also having the same issue and discovered after purchasing the plan that speeds are very slow 0-4.5 mbps, and drop outs are regular It would seem that speeds are regulated back on the Netcomm modem compared to the sim on my phone which achieves speeds often 20 times faster than the wireless...
