Optus is making changes to their mobile network and they have closed down 2G mobile network from 1st Aug 2017.
If you are currently having 2G network settings on your mobile handset,this change could have affected your service.
You may need to change/force the frequency to 3G 2100 MHz.

Outage is still ongoing. However, some services seems to be online.
ETR (Estimated time of resolution): Our wholesale supplier estimates the issue will be investigated on or before 14/09/2017.
