Yeah I don't mind testing that.
I have reduced the connection sync rate for testing purposes. Please monitor the service and let us know if you have any issues.

no change.

Have been suffering reasonably bad lat ever since changing off my old old expired nonexistent plan. For the past few weeks the connection has been getting a little more random, as of about 19:15 it is now pretty much useless for all but the slowest browsing. after pinging 129.6.96.58 over 1500 time...

I'm still having the same problem. Disconnection at least twice daily.
As per the telephone conversation had with you, I have informed our wholesale supplier with regard to this drop out issue. We will notify you once an update is available from the supplier. :)

Please note that our wholesale supplier has updated us as follows,

There is a tower planned for the area which should address the network related issue. The ETA provided is 16/04/2013.

I used to be with Virgin (who use the optus network as well) and while I never had perfect signal at home I was always able to make and receive calls. I have just signed my whole family up to the z8 plan, 4 phones in all and we are all having connection issues. I have tried sending SMS's to family ...
