Re: Speeds worse since moving to telstra ADSL2

I am experiencing the same thing. Speeds are awful most of the time. Speedtest does some strange things, it shoots up for a brief moment then drops right down then slowly rises. The only thing better is uploads. I'm also experiencing many drop outs. On the 8000/384 adsl1 connection I rarely experien...

Re: switching from adsl1 to adsl2, is it seemless?

On to a different fault, my NB6 Plus4W has been slowly refusing connections on the four cat...

billing cycle date when changing plans?

Our billing cycle has always been the first of the month by direct debit. I want to switch from adsl1 TL-CB to the new adsl2 TE-2D plan now being offered. When is the $30 change over fee deducted and does the new month get deducted instantly, ie if it was today I would "lose" 11 days from the adsl1 ...

suspended but havent exceeded allowance

According to my account details we have been suspended due to usage, yet I received a popup saying we would get an additional 2GB in peak time to the end of the billing cycle and then we would be charged $6 per gb thereafter. We had to enter our phone number to acknowledge this. According to the usa...
