Re: ADSL data usage comparison

Thanks. You are right the adsl connection needs to fall over only briefly and the wan service stats reset, but the uptime remains. Have tried fiddling with snmp before but so unfriendly. Are there any tplink how to's?

If I use https://www.exetel.com.au/members/usagemeter_xml.php?NUMBER,PASSWORD and use my ADSL account number I get XML data associated with my ADSL service. I have two mobile numbers under this account. If I use the XML usage meter and use a mobile number and password then I get back an incorrect us...

Mobile phone data Use monitoring

Have been using an app called myusage on android phones to monitor usage on mobile phone. No longer works since exetel updated website. Does exetel have an android based app or recommend such that I could use? Accessing exetel website via browser on mobile is cumbersome.

I was told by Grandstream support that I need to Disable call waiting in my GWX4004 profile to send a "busy "signal back to sip server. Will go and test, Not sure about other ha...

Re: Forward to voicemail when busy

So is this feature independent of end users hardware and totally depends on detection of an existing call in progress at exetel sip server end for a particular DID?

thanks for fixing this - will test

Re: Forward to voicemail when busy

The sip server is seeing the 2nd incoming call and reporting unavailable because the call is not managed by my voip hardware, but want I want to do is for the exetel server to sense "busy" so that it forwards to the busy voicemail message not the unavailable voice message (which it now does). Will t...

Re: voip with several outgoing numbers small office

If you want to integrate some more outgoing lines ( that go via VOIP) into your existing PABX then you can use a pstn to voip gateway such as the Linksys SPA8000 ( 8 ports) or the Grandsream 4004 (4 ports). If you are only going to use the voip number for outgoing calls then you can use the same voi...

Re: old pstn number as exetel voip number

When I type the number in question into

https://www.exetel.com.au/pstn_to_voip/ ... siness.php

it says enabled

and the service is still listed against my name in the whitepages.com.au

Re: old pstn number as exetel voip number

Is the only way to make this number "active" is to attach it to a new pstn installation?

Are there any other ways to make this number active?
