Re: VOIP - via the Mobile Phone

I followed this and my N95 shows the SIP profile as registered but when I try to make a call it says 'Internet Calling Not Available' or something along those lines (I cannot check it right now as I have no wifi access). This is different to the 'No WLAN available for internet calls' message I get w...

Re: Belkin VoIP modem known issue

I wasn't contacted about remoting into my modem, I guess that doesn't mean it wasn't done using another customers modem though.

The offer still stands of course (and I can also of course now obtain a DID free of charge and will most likely do this very soon).

Changing from DID-less to DID-Inc. plan

Sorry if this has been covered, I am too busy to search through the forum at the moment. (Q1) I noticed there is no difference between the VoIP plans "Plan B" and "Bundled" apart from one having a minimum charge?. Perhaps this is something that has been overlooked but I see no reason not to cancel m...

Using a Modem at more than one location? + more tech. quest.

I remember plugging in a modem configured for an exetel account at a different address to the account it was configured for and it just worked (the adsl at the second address also being exetel). My easy question is: in this case who is the data attributed to - the account of the physical location or...

An idea that just sprang to my mind is to have new users directed to an information page the first time they open their browser, containing whatever information you would like to make them aware of. A big 'please go away' button would of course be necessary for those users who think they don't need ...

I use one of those units but my Exetel VoIP is DID-less.

If it helps, I am happy for you to access my unit remotely. Please PM or email graham @ exemail if you wish to do so.

You never know, one day I may be able to use naked ADSL (and would then need a DID).

I don't have any feedback (sorry!) but I do have a question: Will the Exetel Akamai servers be likely to cache streams from www.motogp.com? I know the answer is probably no, but I know they do use Akamai and I'm considering signing up to it again, so I thought I'd ask. Also, would live streaming be ...

If you don't use a DID you wont get anywhere. Hello, Thank you for your Email. I've checked your VOIP service: 0933xxxx this number is a DIDLESS number, it's neither a Sydney nor a Melbourne number. Please also find that it is always the best to dial a number with area code when using VOIP service. ...
