I believe Closer was referring to the odometer, not the speedometer; i rarely if ever look at my odometer. Nonetheless he/she came up with a good example of where not monitoring something can cost you money (again I stress, on a very different scale). Imagine if your speedometer only updated every ...

Not a broken link, but it would be great if the front page allowed you to login to U/F by pressing the Enter key after typing your password. Atm you need to either tab down to the Login button or use the mouse to press the login button. Thank you for pointing that out - I've never noticed because I...

I dont see the requirement, lets say it updated every hour. Does anyone think they would be constantly checking the meter every hour to see how much they've used. Whilst I'm not overly bothered by the frequency of the updating, I would be one user who would be 'happier' if/when it was/is to be impl...

What scripting do you guys use for those graphs MRTG like he said. Google It because Exetel want people to exceed their limits without seeing it? Probally. Its the only way Exetel can make money with their low prices It takes a lot of processing power to update the usage records of 65,000 clients, ...

I'd be happy if the front page allowed you to log in by pressing Enter after typing your password...

Edit, actually I'm going to paste this in the website thread.

Well rather than speculate I tested the theory and you are indeed correct!

Thank you, I shall contact VoIP support staff and ask they correct what must have been an oversight on my behalf.

I forgot my password originally too (I removed the registration and re-added it to reset it).

Perhaps a 'I am a nong and forgot my password now please send it to me' link in user facilities might be in order.

I just asked my wife what she thought of this idea and her initial reaction was the typical 'We should be able to choose when & who and how much etc etc'. After I better explained the intention of this initiative, she moved on to the attitude of 'Oh well who cares about $0.50 or $1 a month, it's not...

If Exetel "re-donate" the customer funds to the finches, it may benefit from a tax refund, provided it makes more than $65K nett profit. So I'd like to know what will happen to that. I see putting toward our DSL service as reasonable. I just want to touch on this point for you Mike as I'm sure no o...

1) I'll be honest, if it was opt-in I wouldn't do it. How about if it was an 'opt out'? In other words we sent you an email saying we'd increased your monthly charge by $x.xx but if you didn't want to donate to save wildlife then you should visit the User Facilities and set your donation amount to ...

I'll be honest, if it was opt-in I wouldn't do it. After thinking about it for a few seconds, I think roughly 10% of the customers I have introduced might do it if it was opt-in and they became aware of it. I think it would however have a warm fuzzy effect on people to know that a small part of thei...
