That appears to have fixed it. That's the first time we've ever gone over our data limit and I didn't give a thought to rebooting the router. Used all our data allowance this month, so shaped back to 256/256. Paid for excess data, but 2 hours later we have the same shaped speeds. How long does it take to get back to our usual speeds? It looks like the first post can do with a bit of an update, specifically in regards to what speeds are achievable via Fiber (is it still 100/8Mb/s?) and the Basic Plan Package is now 25/5Mb/s instead of 25/1Mb/s. Also the FAQ seems to exclude any mention of FTTN? It would be nice to have some info...
