Hi,
My website is not visible (domain was with another carrier) and while I have a domain with Exetel it has not been linked up yet, so in the mean time is it possible to find out the IP address instead?

Surcharge
I believe there is a $1.10 surcharge for Credit Card payments but not direct debit is that correct?
As well can I set up direct debit and yet pay manually by credit card or some other means or am I stuck paying an additional charge?

Re: Thinking of ordering Exetel HSPA
Thanks for the replies. Originally I wanted to sign up for VoIP but then realised there were other features on offer such as SMoIP and FoIP, or even SurePage but regarding SMS, I have managed to get that via another provider which leads me now to the next feature; faxing over the internet via my han...

Thinking of ordering Exetel HSPA
I'm interested in the following plans:
http://www.exetel.com.au/residential-hspa-pricing.php
In particular the $5 premium mobile (3G) broadband service.
I'd like to know firstly if having a static IP will help eg. if I am using MoIP/SMoIP/FoIP etc and will it in fact work with a Nokia 700?

Where is the place to enter Technical Contact etc
I found out how to change my email for both the website and domain but where do I assign the administrative and technical contacts?
Isn't this required by law?

Re: Is there nowhere to change your default email address?
Got the email and I found where I can change my default email address so I await your reply.
Thank you
P.S. Alternatively I can send a PM and this will constitute "exetel official position"?

Re: Just obtained a new exetel domain
Hi Udara
I did get the email, so I guess that means in essence we are using the Helpdesk, but (currently) I am not able to use it to initiate a request.
Would this situation have changed since acquiring a Domain Name with Exetel or would I need to have other services, ie Phone + Internet?

Just obtained a new exetel domain
I just signed up for a new domain with exetel (I already have a website) but my current website will wind down shortly.
In order for there to be continuity how do I point my new domain name towards my current website which is also with Exetel?

Re: Is there nowhere to change your default email address?
I tried to log a support ticket but cannot do that either.
Is this really so necessary to waste both my and support staff time in this way, ie by phone or should I just email?

Hi,
I'd say so but for some reason I cannot login to that page.
Is there something wrong with my account?

Re: What is the Domain Fee?
So over a two year period, in order to have a domain name and web site with Exetel I am required to pay the following:
$36 + ($20 + $25) + ($20 + $25) = $126
Is that correct?
$36 + ($20 + $25) + ($20 + $25) = $126
Is that correct?

Re: What is the Domain Fee?
I contacted auDA and they said this fee should have been disclosed.
Is there any remedy Exetel can propose?
