Re: What is the Domain Fee?
I am paying $25.00 per year for Exetel to host my website, where was this $20 mentioned when I purchased a domain?

What is the Domain Fee?
I saw this in my account, is this in addition to the $36 per 2 years and if so should this not have been part of the original order?

Re: HSPA VoIP
Interesting discussion there. So it is possible then, if you sign up to Exetel MVoIP, that you will be given instructions, or otherwise some automated method of entering the required data, that is to setup credentials in order for the service to operate; would I be correct or are you left to your ow...

Re: HSPA VoIP
I am using Symbian Belle on a Nokia 700, and it won't allow me to save settings without an @ in the username. I have installed SIP/VOIP 3.1 in the handset and with my current provider I tried to download settings but they don't support this type of configuration, so might Exetel support this particu...

EXETEL Domains and Websites
Hi, I just purchased an Exetel Domain (already have a web host) and I'd like to put it to my existing website since my current domain is about to expire. There doesn't seem to be anything in account management other than user particulars, except to say that there is the following text message: "Exet...

Re: HSPA VoIP
Hi jokiin,
In the Nokia handset, it will only accept a username that contains a @ eg. an email type address, or does the Exetel MVoIP application do all this for you.
Thank you

HSPA VoIP
I am interested in the basic HSPA service(s) in that I have Symbian Belle and my current provider does not provide @ type usernames, only traditional numbers. I'd like to know firstly, does Exetel support such usernames, and is it simply an SMS type configuration or must I become knowledgeable. Also...

Re: Is it necessary to have Exetel 3G to use MoIP?
Thanks for replying.
So, as per the following:
http://www.exetel.com.au/voip_planA.php
to use on a mobile network I'd need the 2nd plan in question, eg how does the network know what kind of service you are using?

Re: Is it necessary to have Exetel 3G to use MoIP?
Cool, so if I have good signal, ie close to a tower it doesn't matter which data network I am on I can use an Exetel (VoIP) account for so-called MoIP is that correct?
P.S. Would having HSPA or HSUPA make any difference in this instance?

Re: Why do we need to log in twice?
Even in the forum I am being asked twice, notwithstanding having to log into the rest of the website. Management decision or not, it's not good for customers one thinks when it could simply be that there are guest and non-guest forums like what other (arguably more thoughtful) companies have, partic...

Why do we need to log in twice?
Something about from some date Exetel users will have no guest access.
Bug or hacked implementation?
Either way very annoying.
Please integrate with your website, as it meas I have to log in 3 times.

Re: Memory issue
Hi Shoner,
I did manage to get it going (LiveZilla simply creates tables in the current database) so I doubt there is a need right now for additional databases, however what is the extra db in my account for anyway?
Cheers
