Hi,

We checked with Optus and they confirmed there was an outage today morning but it was restored at about 8.30am today. Please try rebooting mobile, preferably keeping it switched off for about 5 minutes and test the service.

Hi Brooksy, That email you are getting was from the process of activating your DATA settings on your account. You can ignore that email. As mentioned earlier in my post there was an issue from our supplier's side that was preventing a successful activation of the new SIM card. This was rectified yes...

Hi, Our provisioning department have checked your connection and verified that the new SIM card is active. Also they have done a reset on your DATA settings for your connection. Hi Andrew, As mentioned in the email, your SNR value was very low and was causing the dropout issue. We changed the profile to make it more stable, but we could still some issues.
