Could you please try the same speed test again?

Thank You

Re: Slow Naked ADSL2 speed after changeover from ADSL1

Hello,

Could you please pm me your telephone number so I can have a look at your service?
There is no need to change your IP or any settings at this stage.

The line attenuation looks quite high, this could mean that the total length of telephone line could be a couple of kilometers.

Thank You

Re: Configuration Issue With 837 Router

Hello, You could try going into conf t and enter ip http server. Then enter your routers default gateway in the address bar of your web browser. The username / password combination is the same as your routers login details for Telnet access. Beware that configuring a router through SDM is not really...

Re: ADSL1 or ADSL2

Hello,

I can check for you to see if your line is portable.
If you have been rejected before because you are on a sub exchange it will properly still be a problem which will cause your application to be rejected.

Thank You

Re: Slow speeds

Hello, I've found that your for a little while your line was performing faster then 1.5mbits then 1/2 a day later the sync rate dropped by a large amount. When looking at the line test I do see that there looks to be a problem with the insulation of the telephone line. I would suggest doing isolated...

Re: W.A. Users PLEASE HELP!... Can you access Belldirect.com.au?

Hello,

We still believe that it's a possible block on certain range of IP addresses within the 58.96.0.0 network.
There is not a lot that EXETEL can do to further investigate the problem.

Believe that it will only make a little bit of a difference to your connection.

Re: W.A. Users... can't access Belldirect.com.au thru WA server

Hello,

The reason why I have a 58.96.*.* address is because staff are given an IP in that range.
Sydney EXETEL customers would get a 220.233.*.* IP address usually.

I've checked WA and SA so far and have found that those states start with 58.96.*.* address range.

Re: W.A. Users... can't access Belldirect.com.au thru WA server

The IP address range 58.96.*.* is not completely blocked as my IP address starts off with 58.96.*.* and am able to access the site.
When looking at the trace route for this website it seems to go through an excessive amount of routers to reach the destination.
