Re: W.A. Users... can't access Belldirect.com.au thru WA server

Hello, A open proxy can be found using a search engine such as http://www.google.com. I did spend a good while looking and could not come up with a good address to recommend. Using a proxy server is a good troubleshooting step as you use the IP address of the proxy server when connecting to websites...

Re: powertel to NAKED DSL2

Hello, I definitely know that you have to disconnect the Anyhpone service first. The reason for this is ADSL 2+ is considered to be a complex service that must be removed first before apply for Naked ADSL 2+. It will take 14 workings days before the Internet is connected to a Naked ADSL 2+ service. ...

Re: W.A. Users... can't access Belldirect.com.au thru WA server

Hello,

Are you able to reach the website if you enter 202.164.26.80 into your address bar in Internet explorer?
As a temporary work around you could use a open proxy server to get that website.

Thank You

Re: Can't access Belldirect.com.au from WA server

Hello, I can access the site from Sydney. Would suggest logging into your ADSL user facilities and try changing your IP address to see if it makes any difference. I have seen cases where companies say that there is no problems with your IP address but you find later that changing the IP address reso...

Re: powertel to NAKED DSL2

Good Afternoon, You are unable to convert from a anyphone plan to Naked DSL. It is a requirement that the Anyphone plan service gets disconnected first before applying for our Naked ADSL 2+ service. Once the Anyphone plan service has been disconnected you can then put your application in for Naked A...

Re: Infinite routing loop on incoming connections

Good Afternoon,

A routing loop can happen if the customers account is not online which is normal behavior.
Would suggest that you pm me your telephone number so I can further investigate.

I do suspect that the connection may be offline at this time.

Thank You

Re: Unable to connect to sites

Hello,

I believe that you might be using the WAN type as PPPoA.
Try switching the WAN type to PPPoE LLC which should default to 1492 for the MTU.

Re: No Sync on New ADSL2+

Hello, I've made quite a few attempts to contact you late last week and on the weekend and could not get in contact with you. Could you please let me know what days during the week you could be available to be at the property for a tech to investigate? The time frame for a tech to visit would be any...

Re: No Sync on New ADSL2+

Hello, The deprovision and reprovision of the ADSL service has been completed. I'm still unable to see that the port has ever been in sync. Would suggest that you see if you can get your friends modem and connect it to the line to see if it gets line sync. The router doesn't really need to be config...

Re: No Sync on New ADSL2+

Hello,

I have sent a request to Optus for the deprovision and reprovision of the the ADSL service to be done.
If this does not work it would be suggested that you do borrow your friends ADSL modem to see if you can get line sync.
