We've been experiencing very slow ADSL speeds for the past week. Usually we get 15Mbps download speeds but now it's down to 4-5Mbps with extremely high latencies as shown attached in speedtest.exetel.com.au Kindly advise ASAP. Thanks. Wait until they start laying the NBN in your area. I was cut-off for 20 days in January-February and am in my third day of no telephone or internet. I was not informed of the reason but a number of my friends in my immediate neighbourhood of Belair SA are also experiencing similar problems, exactly...

It's not for me, but for a mate's business & according to your website NBN is available at his address. He's already an Exetel customer, but needs to retain his PSTN service for equipment testing & configuration, so the plan was to get a new service with NBN & once it was up and running then cancel...
