Please email voice@exetel.com.au with your SIM card number and mobile service number. It's possible some unbranded SIMs are 3G.

When Exetel commenced the mobile service, the first batch of 1000 were unbranded SIMs. Therefore, these customers service shows as " Mobile " on the handset. The SIMs issued were 2.5G SIMs. The next batch of 1000 were branded " Exetel " and show as this on the handset. This second batch are 3G SIMs....

When you log in to your Member's Facilities, in Account Details->View Plan Detail, it does not list the 13/1300 charges (are there any others that need mentioning?). Which telephone service are you talking about? VoIP, Mobile or wireline? it may not be a bad idea to qualify indicated STD/mobile rat...

Confirming Call Minder is chargeable. When the website was updated, it appears the latest version of the Mobile FAQ was not used.

We will have this rectified and uploaded imminently.

You have an actual charge of $0.0036. For any call or data session with a value of less than 1 cent, you are charged $0.01 on your invoice.

We will make this fix to the unbilled calls usage meter.
