Are these issues still ongoing, because I am on the same exchange and in the evenings I struggle to get 1Mbps? PM received. Checked your details and they are both correct.

The usage shown on the main page shows the calculated usage. The other daily usage page shows a break down of downloads and uploads. However, total usage shown is an addition of both uploads and downloads, so this is correct.

We can see services coming online at the moment. If your connection is still down, please restart your modem/router and check if the issue persists.
