I believe an engineer has got in touch with you and have had your service configured on your router.

I think the issue have resolved. Tried connecting again today, and it seemed to connect without any problems. Thank you again for your help. That's great news. :) However we are still waiting for an update from our Supplier's end. I will check with them and confirm if something was done in this reg...

I just sent some via web mail. They send fine and I and receiving emails in web mail but nothing is coming through to Thunderbird from Exetel. Google mail and other email addresses via TB are fine. Thanks for the instructions on how to change the p/w. I did that and managed to get into the account. I have only 4.2% of the 40 MB used. So plenty of room there. Same for the other addresses. I have Thunderbird not keep the messages on the Exemail server. Still not getting Exetel emails when I ref...

Checked the server logs. Are you using this email address in USA because there is a email client using your account and deleting the emails?

If this is not something you know of I do suggest resetting your password as it may be compromised.

Received a message telling me to restart modem and try but still nothing. No connection after 3 days now. It is Monday hopefully everything is back to normal soon.
