I'm getting 5Mbps download speed which is OK, however upload is around 0.3Mbps. I never really paid much attention to upload speed before but this seems slow and people are saying my video drops out on Facetime. Should I be getting higher than this? Are you posting here using that connection? If so...

The outage is not all fixed I believe. Will wait for further update. We have identified that it is not completely fixed, and as such have re-opened the outage. This issue has re-occurred and is being investigated again

Our supplier is still not able to provide an ETR as yet.

Exetel apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.
