Thanks for the help.

I was on the right track but for some reason when I entered a new profile it would not stick, then on the third time it did and worked fine. I still have the other 2 profiles in there that I cant delete for some reason but all is working fine now.

Well Im not sure what happened but we got an email on Wed and an automated message stating the adsl had been enabled and I turned on the modem and viola line sync.... Im not sure what was done but its all up and running at full speed :) Thanks for all your reply's.

Email Spam filter not working

Just logged into my account to check spam filter and my account shows 2 email addresses in there both are nnnnnnnn@exemail.com.au I cant delete edit or do anything with these 2 accounts. In fact none of the buttons work on that page at all.

Decided to go with Engine $10 p/m same call rates as exetel. Shame really if only exetel could offer other numbers im sure its as simple as buying a number from their provider. Even if it takes a day or so to set up we wouldn't mind. Anyway exetels loss, might only be $20 pm or so but times that by ...

So can I get a local number or us regional people pushed aside as usual ? AFAIK only Brisbane DID's are available. Do you still have a normal telephone line? Can't you receive calls on this number?
