It seems the NBN12 service suddenly disappeared from the Exetel product offers. Can I still order the NBN12 service? The alternative Wireless Broadband offered does not come with VoIP dial in line and is not as reliable as HFC connected NBN services. HI We no longer offer the 12/1mbps plan options....

Yes, You have the option to add the $10 unlimited call pack via the Exetel Member Facility once the PSTN to VOIP porting is completed.

Well, I got told I have to pay anyway, as I didn't nominate a start date for the service - which wasn't an option when I ordered the service online, which was what I was told to do when I called. Very disappointing response from Exetel. Summary is new pricing isn't being offered to all existing customers despite NBN wholesale prices decreasing for all connections.
