Re: Changing plans and (lack of) available options

Hi Scott , I currently have a rather old OCV200 plan and I was looking at the newer plan options with more quota now that NBN has been cancelled in my area. A 12 month contract isn't really an issue now, but are there no month-to-month plans available for existing members to switch to? - We currentl...

Re: Change Plan or new customer plan?

I am considering changing plans. My contract expired 3 years ago and I am presently on OCV10 plan (incl phone line and 10GB) at $50/month and get close to using the full 10GB each month (and gone over it once). If I choose one of the options from "Change Plan" in member services, it only offers "O"...

Sorry for the delay, an agent will contact you with regard to relocation options ASAP.

Re: When to lodge Relocation Request?

I am moving house on the 22/03/14. If I lodge my Relocation Request now I have an Estimated Relocation of 21/03/14 (which I note is just an estimate). I would like to be connected at my current location for as long as possible before moving and of course be connected as soon as possible at my new l...

Re: Cancelling my Mobile Service

Unfortunately my data usage has increased and the current exetel residential mobile plans are unable to compete with other resellers so I am looking to terminate my contract. My question is, I am already 18mb over my 200mb monthly limit and there's still a week left in the month. For example if I s...

Re: New ADSL2+ plans for existing customers

If I change now it will cost me $20 to change the plan, which also puts me on a new 12 month contract. That will mean that if I try to change when the current new plans are made available to existing customers I will be up for the $100 early exit fee as well as another $20 for a plan change. And "a...

Re: New ADSL2+ plans for existing customers

My contract is up now, looking forward to changing to a new plan as soon as I can. Hopefully the wait isn't too long. You can change to the existing plans on the Member’s “ Change Plan” page and then when the new plans are available you can upgrade to them later on. As for the new plans they will b...

Re: Exetel Mobile Broadband and incoming calls/sms

Hi Michael, So when you say blocked can you confirm that means incoming calls/sms as well? - Yes, with the mobile broadband service all incoming calls and SMS are blocked. James posted that MOIP is still available for iphone? viewtopic.php?f=303&t=13184&start=540#p307506 - Let me check on this and g...

Re: New Bundled ADSL/Wire Line/Mobile Plans

I'm wondering if I'm in the right place  - as a long term, existing and loyal customer, I'm currently on a Plan Type: T20-1 ( with Telephone); Monthly Access Charge: $42.50; Network Provider: Telstra Wholesale; Download Limit (Mbyte): 75GB; Excess Download: Speed Shaping to 1024/384 kbps; Ser...

Re: New Plans!

Hi Brad, Please be advised that the new plans have not been updated in the member facility currently, the plan change options available currently are the same plans as previously available to you. You mean that whole rant was all for nothing! I assumed they were the new plans, as there is no...

Re: New Plans!

What the hell is going on?!?!?! After months of being told Exetel couldn't simply give access to the new plans available on the website, in some massive coincidence, the plans happen to become available just after a new billing cycle starts, to lock us in for one more month. The worst part is, the ...

Re: Hardware availability

There used to be, in the hardware store, options to purchase a wireless broadband modem and antenna; these are no longer listed. Is it likely in the near future that these will become available - I am shortly moving to a rural area where no ADSL is available and mobile phone coverage is a bit avera...

Re: New Plans!

Finally, a snippet of useful information to help our understanding of why this is taking so long. I'm still confused which supplier you are referring to... you have so many wholesale suppliers. That doesn't matter though... In my case, I'm only concerned with Telstra (probably Telstra Wholesale) co...

Re: New Plans!

Unfortunately, I struggle to genuinely believe this. I've been watching these "new plans" for over 2 months now, and its been nearly a month since my last comment on this topic. I don't understand how it can take so long to update the Member's Facilities to make the same services available to exist...
