Re: Exetel to Extel VoIP - advertised as free: not free.

So INCREDIBLY frustrating. Here's my call log from yesterday: voip4.png GRRRR. 1. I have zero interest in ringing Sales every month to ask for a manual refund. 2. I am complaining here in the hope that YOU WILL FIX THE BILLING SYSTEM so that all Exetel customers can make free SIP calls to each othe...

Re: Exetel to Extel VoIP - advertised as free: not free.

An update, two weeks later: 1. The call to Sales a couple of weeks ago resulted in a refund of $2.05 on phone charges. I mean, yeah, that's appreciated, but it's not why I rang, because I'm still being billed for Exetel to Exetel VoIP calls . I'd be very happy if you kept the $1.05 that came from c...

Re: Exesim saver and value plans (12 months)

Hi just wondering if these plans include unlimited calls to all VOIP and 13 and 1300 numbers? The charges page mentions "Included National Voice Calls to PSTN and Mobile Allowance" unlimited, and "National Voice Calls to Exetel Sales & Support numbers 02 8030 1000, 1300 393 835, 13 39 38, & 1300 78...

No, that will not be an issue, as long as the correct telephone account number is provided.

Re: Are Pioneers Discounts Still Opperating?

Where is this offer? I am a "pioneer" (ADSL in November 2004). I certainly was not offered a free modem and a $20 discount. I migrated from ADSL to NBN FTTN last week, and my account was activated today on an 18 month plan. As far as I know, the ZTE modem cost me $59. Please let me know how to acces...

Re: Are Pioneers Discounts Still Opperating?

Hi

We are currently offering a free modem ( based on the contract term) and a $20 credit for migrating your service from ADSL to NBN. Currently, we do not offer any pioneer discounts, but if this has been offered the discount will continue with the NBN migration.

Re: Pricing for new customers

Thanks Nicole, Chantel called and fixed it all up. I was surprised to find there was different pricing for regional customers. The Exetel public website doesn't seem to take this into account. (This probably needs some attention, so you don't end up with disappointed customers or loss-making contra...

Re: Pricing for new customers

I've checked again, providing my address on the Exetel website, for my current plan - 25/5Mbps, 100GB, the price is $49.99. If I go to user facilities, the same plan for a 12 month contract is $69.99. If it's incentive pricing then that's a legitimate business practice, but I've been with Exetel fo...

Re: Pricing for new customers

Checking the Exetel website, I noticed that the price for my NBN plan is somewhat less than I'm paying. I thought I might be able to get the new price by recontracting, but no, the price offered through the member services page is the same as I'm paying now. Is this a glitch, or is Exetel offering ...
