HI

No, that will not be an issue, as long as the correct telephone account number is provided.

Re: Are Pioneers Discounts Still Opperating?

Where is this offer? I am a "pioneer" (ADSL in November 2004). I certainly was not offered a free modem and a $20 discount. I migrated from ADSL to NBN FTTN last week, and my account was activated today on an 18 month plan. As far as I know, the ZTE modem cost me $59. Please let me know how to acces...

Re: Are Pioneers Discounts Still Opperating?

Hi

We are currently offering a free modem ( based on the contract term) and a $20 credit for migrating your service from ADSL to NBN. Currently, we do not offer any pioneer discounts, but if this has been offered the discount will continue with the NBN migration.

Kind Regards

Re: Can't view available plans to change to

https://www.exetel.com.au/myexetel/services/change_service_details/ This only displays the following message: "You have already requested for a Plan Change." "Requested Date : 2017-05-16" The plan change has already gone in to effect, it should now show what plans I can change to. Hi Please be advi...

Re: Pricing for new customers

Thanks Nicole, Chantel called and fixed it all up. I was surprised to find there was different pricing for regional customers. The Exetel public website doesn't seem to take this into account. (This probably needs some attention, so you don't end up with disappointed customers or loss-making contra...

Re: Pricing for new customers

I've checked again, providing my address on the Exetel website, for my current plan - 25/5Mbps, 100GB, the price is $49.99. If I go to user facilities, the same plan for a 12 month contract is $69.99. If it's incentive pricing then that's a legitimate business practice, but I've been with Exetel fo...

Re: Pricing for new customers

Checking the Exetel website, I noticed that the price for my NBN plan is somewhat less than I'm paying. I thought I might be able to get the new price by recontracting, but no, the price offered through the member services page is the same as I'm paying now. Is this a glitch, or is Exetel offering ...

Re: Questions regarding transition to upcoming FTTN?

Hi We will arrange a call back tomorrow to further discuss your migration from ADSL to NBN. Fiber is currently available to your location and we can submit an application immediately. If you’re not within contract this would not affect the migration. You have the option to port your number to a VOIP...

Like can I sign up to an Exetel infrastructure provided service? - For FTTN fibre is connected via NBN optus to your property. Unfortunately we do not have our own infrastructure 2) Will ...

Re: A couple of strange things

Hi. I have a couple of things that you guys may want to have a look at. Today I "tried" to sign my parents up to a 18 month nbn plan with the $10 Voip bundle online. As they are already with exetel for their home phone and adsl I logged in and started the process online. Where it all came unstuck w...
