Re: Data sharing/pooling across multiple SIMs?

Optus, Telstra and Vodafone are all advertising family/business data sharing mobile plans.... As in, you sign up for 2x1GB plans, and the 2GB total is available to be spread across the 2 devices as needed (rather than being capped to 1GB on each, you might go 1.5GB on one and 500mb on the other). I...

Re: Optus cable, then to NBN?

Hi, I have searched the forum, with no success; I am currently with Exetel ADSL2, if I order a cable connection from Optus (leaving my ADSL connected & untouched), will that enable Exetel to take over that connection for my NBN when it arrives? My local exchange is; Port Melbourne – 175-183 Clark S...

Re: Fibre to the building

Have just been informed that NBN is available in the complex that I currently live in. I am an existing Exetel ADSL2+ customer. Does the cost of a 100MBPS unlimited connection include the cost of the telephone line? I am on one of the ADSL 2 bundles which includes a telephone line. The 100/40 unlim...

Re: New mobile plan without a new sim card

Hi, I am with exetel almost over 7 years and very happy about your services. This morning, I change my mobile plan because I got a new mobile phone and need more data. It is supposed, as all other mobile service providers follow, a new sim card will be delivered with the new mobile plan. However, I...

Thanks.
Yes, Exetel does not have any restrictions provided it's a residential service. You may also check with the provider you wish to port to, whether they have any restrictions.

Re: Apartment NBN Install - Cabling

Hi all, I live in an apartment in Wollongong and on asking an NBN installer performing work on the unit next door, he advised that they install the box at the closest power outlet to the front door (where cable comes from) and run the cable along the outside of the wall inside the apartment. This i...

Re: ADSL2 plans

I am at a loss as to why I have to pay so much for my plan (TReg - Bundle - 1TB) - $105.00+ per month plus whatever calls I make, so usually well over $120.00; when there's a plan for $109.00 that includes unlimited local and national calls. If I change to that plan, do I have to pay the activation...

Re: Any plans for better mobile phone plans?

What about now? Any plans to amend your mobile plans? They're getting quite old... Your ExeSim Plus plan is $49 for 3GB. Telstra have a month to month $50 plan with 5GB given. Thanks, T. Hi, We currently do not have any information with regard to introducing new plans in the near future. However, i...

Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here

Just tried to view both residential and business plans available where I am. In both cases, I get a circle spinning in the right hand end of the text box, which presumably symbolises loading something, but nothing ever happens. Clicking "check now" simply results in a message saying ADSL is unavail...
