Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here

Your ExeSim plan says that I can get UNLIMITED national minutes, SMS and MMS subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. The 3GB of data is not subject to this policy. It's reasonable to assume that the policy exists to protect Exetel from uber-excessive use. Try to find ANY unlimited plan for ANY produc...

Re: Any new mobile plans on the horizon?

Having recently had my Z15 plan bumped up to a $30 plan, I started looking at some alternatives. Before I switch though I just wanted to check if Exetel had new plans on the way as the value on the current ones seems incredibly uncompetitive e.g. Vaya - $18/month, $650 with 1.5GB on Optus 4G Exetel...

Re: Change Plan vs New Customer Pricing

As a long time loyal customer of Exetel I find your response patronizing and Arrogant. Of course you can offer access to your "lower price" plans without line rental, just as you do...To new customers. Everyday. I have yet to find 1 ISP that does not have the benefit of ANYTIME downloads. LMAO! FYI...

Re: Available plans must include phone rental? And cost more

Okay so I did a service check and it reports this. When looking at the plans for a new customer living at my address (after performing the check) it says the 500GB plan is $39.99 even when using Exetel for the phone service instead of our existing Telstra provider. When viewing plans on the main we...

Re: Issues changing plan to bundled w/telephone

Hi, I'm having trouble getting my plan changed to a new one with a bundled telephone package. I don't have an active phone service at the house, the old one which is also my account/service number (0397405554) was cancelled, which was the main motivation for the plan change in the first place... I ...

Re: New plans, no exetel-exetel inclusions?

Thank you for that. I hadn't read the detailed info for those plans as I didn't want to go that high. Could I suggest something about the exetel to exetel offer be included on the main plan comparison page, and that a specific note on the lower plans"critical details" also have a specific comment s...

Re: New plans, no exetel-exetel inclusions?

Am I correct in my understanding that the new plans do NOT have any Exetel-to-Exetel allowance included anymore? So I have to count ALL calls towards the included allowance?

We do offer unlimited Exetel to Exetel mobile calls on both the “EXESIM VALUE “ plan and “EXESIM PLUS” plans.

Re: Relocation Problem

[/quote] Thanks for the reply, someone from sales did ring and was told again to contact Telstra, which I did again, whom told me the same thing as they did before, they will not help me unless I signed up with a service from them. But I was also told to give a call to some Telstra number who may he...
