Still awaiting a response to my tests, this really is getting ridiculous. Why am I paying so much per month for top speeds when I'm getting less then the lowest plan..

Hi There seems to be a current theme to the forum at the moment and that is the amount of people complaining about slow speeds. Now I myself over the past week have noticed the drastic drop in speeds, it doesn't matter which speed test I conduct I'm getting consistently slow speeds. I'm in Victoria....

Rebooted router. Minor improvement but still painfully slow. I'll give it a try again tomorrow and see what speed I get :(

I've purchased an additional GB tonight and normally when I do the speed will return to normal immediately. Tonight it hasn't, how long should this normally take?

No Internet "LOS" light off on ONT

Hi

I don't currently have Internet, the light on the ONT called "LOS" isn't on and there is no connection to the Internet. Can someone please assist? I've had the issue since yesterday, there is no outage listed for the fibre in my area.

Hi Bella

The dashboard shows a new 12 month contract has already been started so I'm bemused as to how this can be charged. I'm happy to start the new 12 months contract but there is no where during the change plan to confirm this either way.
