VOIP Calling Services is different, and not related to your VOIP.

For that, you either click VOIP Equip Needed or VOIP No Equip Needed.

Re: Multiple DIDs?

Is it possible to add multiple DIDs to a VOIP plan? I would like to add an Adelaide DID to my current VOIP plan (which already has a Sydney DID) so some family there who are unable to get broadband can call us at the cost of a local call. Think it's been answered before as yes, but it's another acc...

It's power will be in increasing public awareness. Didn't the media do enough of that? You know, the doomsday scare tactics, and the like? I'm sure there are plenty of people out there who could be randomly asked what they think "Global Warming" is, and the response should be near accurate. The awa...

I think anyone who starts work on a helpdesk finds out the problem with that in the first few minutes. Yeh, if the customer was right, they'd not be on the phone in the first place. :) Oh no, they're very happy to ring you up to tell you how right they are... When I worked in tech support, I always...

The first issue that arises is choosing a unique and reasonable character to differentiate what is the password and what is the subject. From the password we've stored, not all characters contained within a password are A-Z 0-9. Such as @#!~.* As long as there are no spaces in a password, couldn't ...

Ie; To: fax#@exe... Subject: <password> Ref Blah Blah Then the confirmation email could include that: Your Email 2 Fax...

Re: VOIP - how does a DID work?

Hi, I am interested in VOIP. On the VOIP order page it says there is two options 'no DID' or 'with DID'. The number selection for 'no DID' all starts with 09 extension, does this mean people rining me will be charged an STD call rate? (I am in an 07 area code). I was wondering if it was possible to...
