I raised a billing fault to ensure I was not going to be billed for the 'non-peak' usage due to the plan change.

Exetel have contacted me and are going to move me to the 'Z' plan mid-month to ensure the new limits take effect now and there will be no excess charge.

I am happy with this arrangement.

ADSL2 Speed dropped to < 250kbs was between 1.5m - 2.5mbs

For at least the last two days my adsl2 speed has reduced to around what I used to get on adsl 256/56? Exetel's speed test is consistently reporting only 150-300kbs. Through the months I have been on adsl2 is usually get 1.5mb to 2.5mbs and occassionally upto 3mbs. Modem stats are ... Statistics Dow...
