Re: ADSL2 Available for Warilla, NSW Exchange?
Thanks - To apply for ADSL2 you have to have a working phone line first. I just rang Optus to get a phone line and they have said there are no avaiaible lines for them. Does this mean I cannot apply for an Exetel ADLS2/Phone plan or does Exetel have its own ports? Can I just get a Telstra land line ...

ADSL2 Available for Warilla, NSW Exchange?
Can you please confirm if the Warilla exchange has any adsl2 ports available for adsl2/bundles plans thru Exetel? An adsl2 exchange website I found says Optus has no ports left. Is it worth putting a request in just in case? It maybe rare but does Exetel have a waiting list for ports when people dis...

Re: INCPHONEY Switch Non-Peak charge
I raised a billing fault to ensure I was not going to be billed for the 'non-peak' usage due to the plan change.
Exetel have contacted me and are going to move me to the 'Z' plan mid-month to ensure the new limits take effect now and there will be no excess charge.
I am happy with this arrangement.

ADSL2 Speed dropped to < 250kbs was between 1.5m - 2.5mbs
For at least the last two days my adsl2 speed has reduced to around what I used to get on adsl 256/56? Exetel's speed test is consistently reporting only 150-300kbs.
