Mobile service status active

Hi,

My mobile was ported away from Exetel about 2 weeks ago.
The MyExetel page still shows the mobile account service as active.

When will this disappear or at least say cancelled?

Unfortunately the Feb invoice is missing the reversals for the billed and paid Dec/Jan services which were disconnected during this time. I have sent another email to billing. The previous email was referred by the Helpdesk and never responded to by billing. I can only hope this new email is progres...

Thanks, The Helpdesk contacted me on Saturday and the VIOP issue has been resolved. Unfortunately no one emailed or phoned regarding the billing issue. I have a new Optus nano SIM I want to transfer my Exetel plan to.
Optus can't do it, can you please advise how to get my mobile number onto the new SIM I already have?

Hi,

I want to be able to have a hosted webpage communicate with a remote server.
I know ftp is available within Exetel hosting via php, but do you also allow the dropbox or Google Drive api's to be used?

Hi, We have website hosted with exetel with the initial supplied FTP account. The plan allows for 5 FTP accounts. Don't worry - it had actually worked and connected.
The app reports there was an error but on restarting it - the ftp connected and returned results.
