Hi Brett,

Have you tried the same connection with an ethernet cable and experience the same issue? If you have no connectivity though wifi or ethernet then we would need to go through the setup of the modem once again as this could be due to a configuration issue.

Kindly note that the outage is still ongoing. The wholesale supplier confirms that the root cause is yet being investigated and further updates will be provided throughout the day today.

ETA

Currently the wholesale supplier cannot confirm an ETA on the restoration of this outage.

Update

Outage restored successfully. However the wholesale supplier was unable to confirm a root cause for this service outage. We will be however monitoring all services further to prevent this instance from occurring again.

Many services seem to be back online and stable with no further interruptions. Kindly power cycle the Network Termination Device and test the service for any further interruptions.
