Some services have resumed connectivity but our supplier has informed that repair work is still ongoing to restore the damaged fiber cables.

Our supplier has identified a fiber break and the fiber repair technicians are currently being dispatched to the fault location.

We are unable to provide you with an estimated time of resolution yet.

Field technicians have discovered a fibre break 61km from Gosford towards Sydney and also a potential loop in the network. No estimated time of resolution has been provided yet.
