Kindly be advised that the outage is still ongoing.

Troubleshooting confirmed Hardware failure on IP device, spares are being sourced for replacement.

Supplier could not confirm an Estimated time of restoration as of now.

Update

Fibre technicians have completed the hauling of new fibre cable and some part of the splicing has been completed too. Estimated time of restoration is 12pm, 18/01/2019.

The supplier has advised that the new cards have arrived. And they will conduct the scheduled maintenance tonight during the 11pm - 6am.

There are some additional service interruptions expected during the maintenance window.

The wholesale supplier has made some changes in the back-end to restore the affected services. The affected services are online and stable now.
